The apartment is all quality with designer furniture and artworks, top of the range kitchen appliances, flat screen TV, and all quality bed linens and towels.

All rooms are filled with natural sunlight year round and offer 3m high ceilings and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, a queen bed and enjoys a perched view from the large bay window
Second bedroom absolutely bathes in sunlight and has built in wardrobes and a queen bed.

There is also a 3rd bedroom featuring a single bed.
The office is well equipped for business needs and has complimentary Wifi.

The balcony is a private retreat with leafy views overlooking the communal garden ( block of 4 ). We invite guests to relax on the built-in seating and enjoy the quiet outdoor space or entertain their guests.

Street parking available. Parking is metered directly out front. A short term residents parking permit is available from Waverley Council Monday to Friday.

Go anywhere in Sydney from the bus stop round the corner with the full public transport system or the Bondi Explorer tourist bus. The airport is 30 minutes away.

There is metered street parking only directly out side of the apartment.

A temporary parking permit can be obtained for $43/month from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make, model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.

For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.
