The well-appointed kitchen, recently renovated with high-end appliances, including a Zip tap providing boiling, cold, and sparkling water, awaits your culinary adventures. A breakfast bar and open-plan entertaining area with a dining table for six provide the perfect setting for sharing stories and laughter with loved ones.
With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 double bed distributed across four bedrooms, Bronte Delight comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups.
Convenient details include AC split systems in the main living area and the large bedroom/second living space, 'Big Ass' Fans in bedrooms 1 and 2, and three TVs with internet for guest use. Cocoon-shaped wicker lounge chairs on the front porch offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the gun barrel view of Bronte beach and beyond.
Enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute walk to the beach with direct access to stairs at the bottom of the street leading to Bronte Beach. Less than 200m away, you'll find Macpherson St. with its Bronte cafes, a bus stop, and a Metro Woolworths.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises unless previously approved.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.
CHECK IN
Our concierge will meet you on arrival to the property to welcome you and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $1,500AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.
Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.
Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note payments are accepted via bank transfer only for our large homes.
