Nestled in the heart of Bondi, our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom freestanding house is the perfect getaway, affectionately named after the beautiful Frangipani tree that graces its front yard. A true oasis of comfort & relaxation, The Frangipani promises a delightful stay for up to 6 guests. Unwind in the spacious & private backyard where you can fire up the bbq and enjoy alfresco dining experiences. Just a short level stroll to the beach!

Master Bedroom:
Your sanctuary awaits in the spacious master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed. Open the grand window door to step directly into the tranquil backyard, offering the perfect blend of space and serenity. Ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Ceiling fans ensure your comfort all year round.
Bedrooms 2 & 3:
The second and third bedrooms can either be made up as a king bed or 2 x singles making it flexible for both couples and families. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ultra comfortable beds so your restful sleep is guaranteed.

Bask in the abundant natural light that floods our living room, enhancing the stylish industrial-style window, adding an extra touch of charm to your stay. It's the ideal spot for unwinding, socializing, or planning your adventures in Sydney.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises unless previously approved.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.
CHECK IN
Our concierge will meet you on arrival to the property to welcome you and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $1,500AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.
Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.
Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note payments are accepted via bank transfer only for our large homes.
