Bright, airy, and designed for relaxed coastal living, this charming three-bedroom apartment is the perfect family-friendly escape in the heart of Bondi Beach. Just a minute’s stroll from the sand, it offers a peaceful retreat with all the convenience of a central location.
Freshly renovated, the home features three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious, sunlit living area that flows seamlessly onto a generous entertainer’s terrace—complete with a kid’s swing and leafy outlook. Guests also have access to a tranquil shared garden with a trampoline, making it a haven for families.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped, and two cosy living rooms offer plenty of space to unwind, each with oversized couches, reading nooks, and TVs for movie nights or lazy mornings.
One private parking space is included for guest use.
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: King single bed
- Living area: Long sofa (not sofa bed)
Please specify your preferred bedding configuration when booking. If you require the living room sofa, additional guest fees apply.
- Please note the backyard is communal and shared with our lovely neighbours.
- For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- A refundable security bond of $1,500 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
- Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
