The 50's/60's vibe of this apartment will transport you back in time for the duration of your stay.

A unique double storey apartment created from an attic conversion a few years ago, featuring enormous living spaces and a terrace with fantastic views over the green Bondi Valley. Quieter and more protected that Campbell Parade, the terrace is often visited by birds, mostly rainbow lorikeets which have become quite tame.

Spacious master bedroom with its own balcony can operate like an independent studio space. Comfortable second bedroom with queen bed.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

    CHECK IN

    A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.

    Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT

    Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

    • This home does not have an allocated parking space. Parking is metered directly out front. Free street parking can be found a 10 minute walk away near Blair St, alternatively, a parking permit can be obtained from Waverley Council.

    • For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.

    • A refundable security bond of $700AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

    A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.
