The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, offering the perfect space for families to prepare and enjoy a meal together, all whilst overlooking the garden.
Three spacious bedrooms are located upstairs and one ensuite bedroom is located downstairs.
The bathrooms are fully appointed and finished to the highest of standards. A little sanctuary for you to unwind after a hard day at the beach.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.
CHECK IN
Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM onwards.
Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

Please note that each bedroom has a ceiling fan and AC is in the living room only.
For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $2,000AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.
Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.
Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note payments are accepted via bank transfer only for our large homes.
