Perfect for families, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay. Just a 5-minute stroll away from the famous Bronte and Tamarama beaches.

Spend fantastic moments with your family in a large living room with kitchen. It is fully fitted with modern appliances, perfect to prepare and enjoy a meal together in the living area or in the nice balcony outside.

The two first bedrooms and one of the bathroom are located ground floor with direct access from the hallway

Upstairs, you will find a beautiful ensuite with a bathroom and a large bedroom.

The last bedroom is located downstairs with a bathroom and a cosy area with a desk and a piano. It has access on a small garden.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

    CHECK IN

    Our concierge will meet you at the property on arrival to welcome you and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3pm onwards.

    Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT

    Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

    • For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.

    • A refundable security bond of $2,000AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

    Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.

    Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.

    Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
