This impressive home spans over two levels. Spend your afternoon soaking up the rays in the large backyard or at the beach located one block away.
Accommodation in this extraordinarily spacious home is large enough for one or two families to share. On the upper levels, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor hosts the kitchen, dining room and living room. Guests bedroom and guest bathroom.
Nearby is the beautiful Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Coogee Beach is just a 3 minute walk away. Take a stroll to the beach and live like the locals.
Traveling by car? This home offers two car spaces.
Small non shedding dogs are welcome (on approval).

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. Pets are only allowed on approval.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.
CHECK IN
Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM onwards.
Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival.
CHECK OUT
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time. Please leave keys in the house by the welcome book and lockup when you go.

Please note guests will have access to the entire home aside from the the top terrace and 5th bedroom which are not included in the rental.
For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $50 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $2000AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.
Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.
Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note payments are accepted via bank transfer only for our large homes.
