With world famous Bondi Beach directly on your doorstep, enjoy beachfront views in comfort from this cozy and comfortable space featuring floorboards throughout and modern decor, including dining table and windowsill lounge, comfortable queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.The kitchenette includes a small fridge, stove, microwave, and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food.
Take a surf lesson from the surf shop 'Lets Go Surfing' located in the building, walk along the coast from Bondi to Coogee, or simply relax on the beach or at Sydney’s most famous pool, Bondi Icebergs, to fully enjoy the turquoise waters of the ocean. Bondi is the go-to area for people who want to experience the typical Sydney beach lifestyle.
Please note the plumbing in the building is quite old and as a result and shower drains slowly.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.
CHECK IN
A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.
Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.
CHECK OUT
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

There is one flight of steep stairs to access the studio.
For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $700AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
