1. STRICTLY No partying is allowed in our properties and parties or noise disturbance may result in loss of bond.
2. No pets are allowed
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids ) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not allowed and will result is deduction from security bond.
4. There is no smoking in our holiday homes. There is a $500 fee charged for special cleaning to rid of smoke odour .
5. Children over the age of 4 are allowed .Staircase is not safe for babies and toddlers.
6. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. There is a departure cleaning fee included in your total.
7. Please note over the New Years period there is a 7 night minimum stay

Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM onwards.
Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival.

Once your booking request is received, you will be asked to forward additional guest information, including full names and ages of all guests looking to stay. All booking details will be sent to the owners for approval.
Once approved, a member of our team will forward a booking invoice. Guests have 48 hours to place a 50% reservation deposit to secure their booking.
Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note payments are accepted via bank transfer only for our large homes.

For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
A refundable security bond of $700AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
