Every need is within a short 3-8 min walking distance. Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, surf, swim, rock pools, street parking, public transport.

3 min walk to the iconic Icebergs 50m ocean pool, sauna, gym, yoga, dining complex.

2-5 min walk to bus stops. Taxi rank nearby so calling a cab is easy.

15 mins drive to city downtown. 5-10 mins to Bondi junction and trains.

World famous Bondi to Bronte walk is through the back gate on your doorstep.

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction occurring in the building next door. While noise levels vary from day to day and are generally relatively low, some days may be noisier than others depending on the works getting completed that day. Please feel free to contact us for any updates in regards to foreseeable noise levels.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

    CHECK IN

    A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.

    Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT

    Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

    • This homes does not have an allocated parking space. Parking is limited to 2 hours during the daytime directly outside. A parking permit may be obtained from Waverley Council, alternatively unlimited free street parking can be found within a 10 minute walk.

    • For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A refundable security bond of $700AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • Please check available dates here and follow prompts to complete your booking.

    A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.
