Grab a coffee downstairs from Speedo’s cafΓ© underneath the building and then enjoy the coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

    CHECK IN

    A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.

    Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT

    Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.

    • There is one flight of stairs to climb to access apartment.

    • Secured building with double security access and cameras.

    • No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available out front, and free street parking on surrounding streets. A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.

    • Please specify in booking if you require living room sofa bed. Additional guest fees apply.

    • For the little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A refundable security bond of $700AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.
