  • This beautifully renovated one-bedroom garden apartment on the Coogee/Kingsford border offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Just a 10-minute bike ride to Coogee Beach and walking distance to the light rail, it’s an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring.

    The apartment features a cosy, air-conditioned living room with streaming TV and Bluetooth speakers, plus a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and washing machine. Bi-fold doors open onto a lush private garden, creating seamless indoor/outdoor living.

    Outdoors, enjoy alfresco dining under the covered veranda, lazy afternoons on the day bed, or entertaining with the gas BBQ. Double-glazed windows ensure peace and quiet, while the garden also offers sun lounges, outdoor seating, and a pop-up shade umbrella—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a leisurely meal.

    • Bedroom 1: Queen

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: A lockbox is located at the property. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards. Please send a scanned/photo of your ID by email prior to arrival to receive your access code.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
