Welcome to our stylish and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-story Bronte Family Escape! A perfect home for families, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a memorable stay. Just a short stroll away from the famous Bronte and Tamarama beaches.
Enjoy the modern and tasteful decor of this family house.
Spend fantastic moments with your family in a large living /dining area which flows onto the terrace Large kitchen fully fitted with modern appliances.
The two first bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located ground floor with direct access from the hallway.
Upstairs, you will find a beautiful tree-house like master bedroom with ensuite.
The last bedroom is located downstairs with a bathroom and a cosy area with a desk and a piano. The lower level has has access to the small backyard garden and to the laundry room.

No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available out front, and free street parking on surrounding streets. A parking permit can also be obtained from Waverley Council.
For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.
A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.
2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.
4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.
5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.
CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
