    Entirely rebuilt in 2014 this modern two storey home offers double off street parking , a spacious manicured garden and swimming pool.

    Stylishly designed spaces throughout the home are drenched with natural sunlight, creating a warm, relaxing and inviting feel to enjoy the ultimate Sydney holiday.

    Spacious enough for one or two families with four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas and indoor / outdoor space on both levels.

    The modern open plan kitchen and dining area flow onto the private outdoor terrace and pool area. 

Enjoy a true sense of indoor / outdoor beach living with the perfect space for alfresco dining featuring barbecue and outdoor dining table set.



    • Bedroom 1: King bed

    • Bedroom 2: Double bed

    • Bedroom 3 : Two single beds + 1 single trundle

    • Bedroom 4 : Queen bed

    • For little ones, travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 per item / stay.

    • A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance and refundable security bond will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • A refundable security bond of $700 AUD is required for this property. Security bond is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any damages.

    • Seven night minimum stay over Christmas and NYE period.

  • 1. STRICTLY NO partying is allowed in our properties. Parties or noise disturbances may result in full loss of security bond.

    2. No pets are allowed on the premises.

    3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not be allowed and will result in deduction from security bond.

    4. Smoking is not permitted. Any special cleaning to rid of smoke odour will be deducted from security bond.

    5. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. A departure cleaning fee is included in booking total.

  • CHECK IN: Our concierge will meet you at the property to walk you through and hand over keys. Standard check-in time is from 3 PM.

    CHECK OUT: Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
